As part of carrying out the missions assigned to it, the Payroll Department (DS) is called upon by its partners (banks and embassies) as well as by users (government officials) operating across the entire territory. The latter often face significant challenges in handling their requests.

Therefore, in an effort to be closer to users, the Information Systems Directorate of the DGB (DSI), in collaboration with DS, has undertaken reflections that have resulted in the implementation of a solution allowing partners and users to benefit from DS services without having to travel.

The advantages provided by the implementation of such a solution are numerous. Among them are:

• Remote generation of pay slips (annual or monthly);
• Management of family benefits, salary domiciliations, and complaints;
• Reduced disruptions in the payroll corridors for obtaining pay slips;
• Improved quality of services provided to users;
• Integration with the website to contribute to the promotion of the DGB website for budget transparency dissemination.
